110-300-0165(2)(b) at the time of the visit there were blinds that had a inner cord and can form a loop. 110-300-0165(2)(d) there was a plastic bag in the art area accessible. 110-300-0165(5)(a) there was an outlet that was not tamper resistant in the kitchen area on the side of the island and in the hallways infront of the the restroom entrance. 110-300-0165(5)(b) there was a outlet near the kitchen sink that was only GFCI and not tamper resistant as well as an outlet near the bathroom sink only GFCI and not also tamper-resistant.
